Our Advisory & Consulting Services cover all stages of the mining process from exploration and feasibility studies to regulatory compliance and strategic planning. We support clients in making the right decisions, reducing risks, and ensuring long-term success.

At the same time, our Mining Contracting Services focus on the execution of mining operations. We provide services such as coal digging, overburden removal, coal hauling, and fuel supply to ensure smooth and efficient production on the ground.

PROF. DR. SUSENO KRAMADIBRATA

Prof. Dr. Suseno Kramadibrata is an experienced mining engineer and academic with over 40 years of expertise in rock mechanics, mine planning, and mining technology. He earned his Bachelor's degree from ITB, followed by an MSc in Micro Rock Mechanics and a PhD in Rock Cutting from Curtin University, Australia.

He served as a lecturer at ITB (1981–2013) and was involved in international research with Curtin University, CSIRO, Voest Alpine, and Krupp Fordertechnik. His work focused on mechanical excavation, geomechanics, and surface mine design.

In the mining industry, he held key leadership roles including:

• COO & CEO, PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk

• President Director, PT Citra Palu Minerals, PT Gorontalo Minerals, PT Dairi Prima Minerals

• Director of Technology, PT Rio Tinto Indonesia

• General Manager HSE, Kaltim Prima Coal

He continues to contribute as a guest lecturer at ITB and advisor in the mining sector.

Mining Engineer - Expert in Rock Mechanics & Mine Planning

SATYA PUTRA

Satya Putra is a highly experienced geologist and mining business analyst with over 30 years of progressive experience in the Indonesian coal mining industry, particularly with PT Kaltim Prima Coal. His expertise spans across geology, mine planning, strategic analysis, budgeting, and mining economics.

Beginning his career as a graduate geologist, he advanced through various technical and strategic roles, including Mine Planning Engineer and Superintendent of Business Analysis, before becoming Manager of Business Analysis. In these roles, he was responsible for project feasibility assessments, budgeting coordination, cost analysis, mining economic modeling, and performance reporting at the executive level.

In recent years, he served as Director at PT Kutai Bara Nusantara, PT Guruh Putra Bersama, and PT Ade Putra Tanrajeng, and currently holds an advisory position to the Board of PT Kutai Bara Nusantara.

Satya holds a degree in Geology from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta and has attended various professional training programs in leadership, mining economics, business improvement, and safety.

ALEX DJAJADISASTRA

Alex Djajadisastra is a senior executive with more than 44 years of professional experience in the explosives and mining support industry. A graduate of Mining Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Alex has built a career focused on the manufacturing, distribution, and application of explosives for the mining and energy sectors, working with both multinational corporations and leading Indonesian companies.

He has held key positions such as Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Country Manager, Commercial Director, and Director. His leadership spans across operational, commercial, and regulatory functions, making him one of the most experienced figures in the Indonesian explosives industry.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at PT Batuta Kimia Perdana, Alex is responsible for overseeing company operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing safety standards, and driving strategic business development. His combination of technical expertise and management experience contributes significantly to the company’s growth and operational excellence.
